The free pages do not ask for an account and the scope check runs in your browser. We collect an email address only when you buy the kit or start the watch, and we use it for that transaction and the delivery it requires.
What we collect
- Buying the kit: Stripe collects your email and payment details. We receive the email and the session identifier, not your card number.
- Starting the watch: Stripe holds the subscription and the email. We read the active subscriptions to send the change alerts.
- Server logs: Cloudflare processes the request, including the IP address, to serve the page and protect the site.
- No analytics profile, no advertising cookie and no sale of personal information.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Cloudflare serves the site and holds short-lived request logs. Supabase, in the Sydney region, is the estate's database and is not used by the free check. Stripe holds the payment and subscription records. SendGrid sends the kit email and the change alerts. Those are the only processors. Access is limited to the operator and the service providers named here.
How long
Stripe keeps the transaction and subscription records for as long as its own obligations require and as long as the subscription is active. The email used for a kit delivery is kept with the transaction record. Server logs are kept for the short period Cloudflare sets. We do not build a marketing list from buyers.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email support@theartofservice.com. You can cancel the watch at any time in Stripe; the cancellation stops future alerts.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Stripe Checkout runs on Stripe's domain and may set cookies there under Stripe's policy. The free check stores nothing.
