# Accessibility Products and Services Checker

> A free reference, scope check and dated obligation register for Directive (EU) 2019/882 of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (CELEX 32019L0882). Every duty is stated in our own words and cited to the article or annex.

Key facts
- The duties apply from 28 June 2025 (Article 31(2)).
- Transposition was due by 28 June 2022 (Article 31(1)).
- 28 June 2027 is only the latest date for the Article 4(8) duty on answering 112 emergency communications, where a member state uses the Article 31(3) derogation.
- The service transition runs to 28 June 2030 (Article 32(1)); self-service terminals can run to the end of their useful life, capped at twenty years after entry into use (Article 32(2)).
- Price: the obligation kit is USD 299 one off. The change watch is USD 29 a month. The reference and the scope check are free.
