Free scope check
Does this apply to you, and by when?
Six questions. The result names the article or annex, the Annex I sections, the dates and the evidence to keep. If a fact is missing, the answer is "scope incomplete" and names the missing fact, never a guess.
The date is 28 June 2025, not 2027. Article 31(2) applies the national measures from 28 June 2025. The date 28 June 2027 is only the latest date for the Article 4(8) duty on answering 112 emergency calls, where the member state uses the Article 31(3) derogation. The full timeline.

What the result means
The verdict is one of four: in scope, outside the scope, exempt for a service microenterprise, or scope incomplete. Every result names the article or annex behind it. The evidence list is pulled from the same record that builds the obligation pages, so the free check and the paid kit cannot disagree.
The check is a reading of the text against the facts you supply. It is not a legal opinion, does not certify a product or service and cannot account for the national measure in your member state. Method and sources.
