Two paid objects, one free reference

The reference and the scope check are free and stay free. The kit is USD 299 one off and gives you the working documents. The watch is USD 29 a month and tells you when the rule, a date or a cited source changes.

The date the duties apply is 28 June 2025 (Article 31(2)). The date 28 June 2027 is only the latest date for the Article 4(8) 112 duty, where a member state uses the Article 31(3) derogation. See every date with its article.

What the price buys and what it does not

The kit is a document set built from the same reviewed record as the free pages. It does not include an audit, a legal opinion, a certification or a filing with any authority. The watch is an alert service: it tells you a change happened and shows the diff; it does not update your own documents for you.

Why the kit costs what it does

The value is the reading and the structure: 47 units, each with the citation, the duty, the evidence and the date, plus a plan that turns them into dated work. A team that starts from the register avoids the two usual failures, a wrong date and a missing evidence line, and does not pay for a first read of the instrument.

Payment and delivery

Payment is one click to Stripe Checkout, with no account to create on this site. The kit files are available on the success page for the session that bought them, and the same links are emailed to the buyer. The watch is a Stripe subscription and the subscriber's email is held by Stripe; we use it to send the change alerts and nothing else.
