Who publishes this, and what it is for

The Accessibility Products and Services Checker is an independent reference and scope check for Directive (EU) 2019/882, published by The Art of Service in Queensland, Australia, and written by Gerard Blokdyk.

What it does

A product, legal-ops or customer compliance lead should be able to open one page, answer a few questions and see whether the rule applies, which Annex I section governs the item, the date that applies and the evidence to keep. The free pages do that. The paid kit turns the same record into a register, an evidence list and a dated plan.

What it does not do

It does not give legal advice, certify a product or service, file anything with an authority, or replace the national transposition measure in the member state where you sell. It does not audit your website, app, terminal or product. The check is a reading of the text against the facts you supply.

Who writes it

Gerard Blokdyk writes the record and the pages. The text is read from the Official Journal print of 7 June 2019 and every statement is cited to its article or annex. The product uses no model call at runtime: the pages are static and the check is a rule table.
